I am experienced in management of IT projects, especially in the banking sector. This experience was gained during my employment as a Senior Project Leader at StringData s.r.o., where I managed a team of 15 members and gained a wealth of experience in customer relations. Please refer to the Methodics system, which I initially operated as a Project Manager.
My English language skills are advanced due to the valuable academic year I spent in Sydney, Australia. I attended an intensive three-semester course where I gained the ‘First Certificate in English’ (FCE) endorsed by the University of Cambridge.
Experience has been acquired of ‘Body Shopping’ in the banking sector. I was outsourced by GE Money Bank, a.s. for approximately six months, where these skills were further applied. The contract was to create a conceptual data model of commercial mortgages, whereby I collaborated with the team of internal staff.
‘High Availability’ (HA) solutions are another area of my expertise. I have created a comprehensive analysis of such solutions, including hardware and software design. Also, I became acquainted with the products of Oracle - Data Guard, RAC and Flashback. The housing in the UK was negotiated by me, along with leading the installation and shipping of servers abroad.
I have extensive experience in programming and systems administration, mostly specializing in databases. This includes creating data models (conceptual, physical), data migration, writing procedures/functions, creating views, triggers, using of synonyms, db links and sequences etc. Therefore, I have knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases (PL/SQL), MySQL, MSSQL (T-SQL), PostgreSQL (PL/pgSQL).
Furthermore, I develop web applications in PHP (OOP), XHTML/CSS, JavaScript with the possibility of creating graphics and animation features, banners ad (Adobe Flash).
